South Jakarta Inventories Education Assets

South Jakarta Administration is inventorying assets belongs to Jakarta Provincial Government.

This asset designation is being inventoried and focused on education sector

South Jakarta Secretary, Desi Putra expressed, based on balance sheet, the asset value is reaching Rp 24.6 trillion. Rp 98.3 billion of them lies in South Jakarta Education Sub-dept.

"This asset designation is being inventoried and focused on education assets," she stated, in Socialization for Accelerating Accountability of Regional Property Management in the Hall of SMPN 12 Jakarta, Jalan Wijaya, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Monday (2/22).

All Assets of Jakarta must Be Inventoried

She disclosed, one of things that must be done is validation to check the ground because there is item inventory card (KIB).

"It's like KIB A for land, KIB B for tool, KIB C for building, KIB D for irrigation road and network as well as KIB E for asset," she stated.

This March, the balance is targeted to be complete. Such asset inventory aims to speed up preparation of financial reports in the Office of Financial Assets and South Jakarta. Thus, all existing assets in South Jakarta can be known.
